Wasn’t being an adult supposed to be fun?
I thought so too, and I was surprised when it just isn’t that easy anymore. After a full day of work, taking care of three kids, and then spending time with my wife (all great things), it feels like free time for fun is just a wish.
What we liked and the dreams we had as kids were only the beginning of the adventures we can have as an adults, and over the past 5 years I’ve read, learned, and tried one small thing at a time to bring back fun.
